- Scrub

- Extract
The floor is rinsed with extraction equipment so the cleaner and loosened soil are removed.
- Dry
The floor is dried completely with towels.
- Repair
Grout repairs can be completed when needed; additional charges may apply.
- Seal
A water-based penetrating sealer is applied to the grout and allowed approximately 30 minutes to dry.
